Welcome! Meet the Owner, Rebecca.

With over 10 years of bedside nursing experience covering acute care, trauma, and surgical patients, as well as over 8 years of experience as a surgery nurse practitioner, you are in good hands at Bloom Medical Aesthetics.

Here at Bloom Medical Aesthetics, we strive to help our clients achieve confidence with an outward and inward appearance that defines refreshed and rejuvenated.

Bloom Medical Aesthetics is founded on a strong background in general and oncological surgery that built a love for providing a safe and highly skilled environment for wellness.

Owned and operated by board-certified nurse practitioner Rebecca Chanda, NP, MS, AGACNP-BC., she brings a passion for restoring and encouraging patients in a more natural, holistic way at Bloom Medical Aesthetics in Fredericksburg, VA. When she isn't in the office, you can find Rebecca enjoying the Outer Banks with her husband, two children, and their 2 pups.

Heather Gutensohn - ASN, RN

Heather Gutensohn has been a proud Virginia resident for the past six years, settling in Fredericksburg after her husband's final military assignment at Quantico. Originally from the small town of Jasonville, Indiana—where there’s just one stoplight—Heather pursued her nursing education at Augusta State University in Georgia.

A dedicated nurse since 2006, Heather spent the entirety of her career in the ICU, providing care for the most critically ill patients until she transitioned from bedside nursing in 2022. Her passion for aesthetics and wellness led her to join Bloom in November 2023, after being a patient and falling in love with the field.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys life with her husband, Chuck, and their two pups, Cole and Maverick. A devoted Chicago Cubs fan, she loves catching games in person whenever possible.

Drew Reynolds - Patient Coordinator

Drew Reynolds, a native of King George, VA, graduated from James Madison University in 2022 with a Bachelor's of Science in Justice Studies and a minor in Humanitarian Affairs. Before joining Bloom in January, Drew first experienced the practice as a patient, which inspired her to become a part of the team.

She brings a wealth of customer service experience from her previous roles as a Bank Teller, Wedding Venue Coordinator, and an intern and administrator with United Way.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, including her beloved dog, Rory. She also occasionally assists her mom with the family’s mobile bar business, LoveBuzz Mobile Bar.
