Policies, Terms, and Conditions

Cancellations, Reschedules, & No-Shows:

At Bloom Medical Aesthetics, we value the relationship with all our clients, & ask that you respect the scheduling policies in place. As a private aesthetics & wellness medical practice we are dedicated to each patient that we see and therefore are limited in the number of appointments we can take in a day. Here at Bloom, we kindly ask that you follow our policies to provide everyone with the excellent care each of our clients deserve.

  • We are by appointment only. You can easily schedule online at www.bloommedicalaesthetics.com

  • We understand that life happens. We request that you give 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment for cancellations or reschedules. If you request a late cancellation, less than 24 hours, or if you request a same day reschedule, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation/reschedule fee.

  • If you No Show for your appointment, you will be subject to a $100 fee for failing to appear or give notice.

  • Repetitive rescheduled, late, or missed appointments (3 or more) will result in a $100 fee and/or dismissal from our practice.

  • If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment we may need to reschedule as it impedes on the quality and time of your treatment/service. We make every effort to allow for accommodations as best as we are able, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make an exception. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are late and will be subject to the $100 late reschedule fee.

  • If you repeatedly miss your scheduled appointment, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your next appointment.

  • Kindly understand that late cancellations, reschedules, and no shows leave gaps in our providers days that could have been filled by another patient.

  • Please ensure your online paperwork is completed prior to arriving to ensure a smooth check-in process. If your forms are not complete upon your arrival, it will take away from your treatment time. 

By Booking an appointment with Bloom Medical Aesthetics, you are agreeing to these policies. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best care to all who walk through our doors and work hard to run on time. We very much value your time and in return, we hope you value ours. If you have questions regarding this policy, please let us know for clarification.

 

Refund Policy: 

Bloom Medical Aesthetics does not offer refunds on services rendered or on Bloom Gift Card Purchases.

Only skincare products purchased from Bloom Medical Aesthetics can be returned to Bloom Medical Aesthetics. Refunds for unopened, undamaged, original packaged items within 7 days of purchase will be refunded in the original payment method. In the rare instance you have an allergic reaction to a product, it may be exchanged for an alternative product. Please speak with one of our healthcare providers in the event this occurs so we me address the issue. If you purchased a skincare product and are unsatisfied within 30 days for any reason, we offer a 50% credit to your Bloom patient account. No exchanges, refunds, or credits will be given for any skincare items outside of 30 days.

Package Policy:

All prepaid treatment packages or bundles must be used within 1 year of purchase. No refunds on packages purchased, or credits for any unused packages that expire. Treatment packages are non-transferable.

 

Medical Ineligibility Clause:

In the event a patient is deemed medically ineligible to continue to undergo a packaged treatment, completed treatments will be calculated as a single treatment cost, and any remaining credit may be used on other services or products within 1 year of purchase. No additional discounts will be given to other services or products for which credit is redeemed.

 

Gift Certificate Policy:

Our Gift cards are only redeemable at Bloom Medical Aesthetics for treatments or retail products in our Fredericksburg, Virginia office. Treat this card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable. This card is not redeemable or refundable for cash or check. The original Gift Card must be presented for redemption.

 

Additional Policies:

Payment is due at the time service is rendered.  Bloom Medical Aesthetics accepts all major credit cards. Financing is available through PatientFi, you can easily apply via the Buy Now, Pay Later tab on this website in advance of your appointment.  There is no prepayment penalty, no hard credit checks, and rates can be as low as 0%.

 

We do not accept health insurance.  Payment is due at the time of your office visit. 

There are no refunds for products or services rendered.  We will not refund or exchange free gifts.  Sample products are final, no returns exchanges or credit will be given.

 

Having an appointment with Bloom Medical Aesthetics does not necessarily entitle an individual to have the selected service performed. Every individual is different, and it is at the medical providers' discretion to issue treatment. 

 

Marketing:

By booking an appointment with us, you are automatically enrolled in our email marketing & text messaging systems. If you would like to opt out of our marketing, please send us an email at info@bloommedicalaethetics.com and we will remove you from our lists.

 

Children & Guests:

In order to ensure the safety for all in our office, and to create a luxurious atmosphere for all our patients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment during procedures. No guests or children will be allowed during any laser procedures due to safety requirements. Should there be an emergency for which you have to bring your child with you to your appointment, we kindly ask that you give our office a call ahead of time to determine the best course of action. In many cases we will work to make arrangements to keep you on our schedule if the given treatment and procedure safely allows for your child to accompany you.
